I have read several books written by Corrie ten Boom—including “The Hiding Place”—and have found her testimony to be very inspirational. As a Christian Holocaust survivor, her perspective and faith are so amazing. She looked forward to eternal life with such expectancy and joy. Even when her life was shaken, her faith was not.
She knew that her hope was not here, but in Christ. And that peace was found in Him, not in any situation.
She celebrated the expectancy of Heaven knowing that there would be no more pain, tears, wickedness, hatred, grief, war, heartache, prejudice, death, or evil.
Her faith was grown in the midst of trails and peril. And her testimony wrote forgiveness in the history of WWII.
Our faith is most seen when our situation is most difficult. This is clearly seen in Corrie’s life as well as our own.

Hi Anna! I like them all but the ones I liked best are #2, 4, 8, 18, 19. I have read her story also and it is a fantastic one to read. I will never forget reading about her struggle when she met a former prison guard who had come to Christ and reveled in His forgiveness. You get a chance read that one or I will tell it to you someday. Keep up the good thoughts!
